Far too many. But maybe I'll check less if someone can answer this: Do the expected delivery times ever change, or can we expect them to be pretty accurate?

In the past Apple has usually shipped out products earlier than stated. They don't actually change your dates, you'll just see your order go to "preparing for shipment" earlier than expected.
