Thinking about companies like Zwift and Garmin who would love to see something ultra light out there with a removable sweatband that they could change the cycling experience with.

And Zwift is built ground up to be VR ready for when the time comes. Indoor cycling is a sweaty mess though. Tough nut to crack except that Zwift is a pretty low quality application graphically. You definitely don’t need some super high res headset, but you do need to funnel sweat away somehow that’s clever, or completely seal the eyes like swimming goggles. Is that an option for smart glasses?

My best guess would be to use the same kind of porous polyurethane that is used for ski-goggles, creating removable and washable masks.

Although apple may not go that way and may settle for some "cleaner" looking silicone. I'm quite sure that some aftermarket cuts will pop up after a while. But we need the schematics to leak first =).

edit: found those products for the Oculus (https://www.keengamer.com/blogs/vir...est-accessories-for-sweat-resistance-in-2020/)
