iPhone 13 Pro Max How to cancel preorder ?

Hello. I ordered a 1tb this morning and now want to change it to 512gb. I do not see an option to cancel the preorder. And apple chat says they are too busy to help right now. Does anyone know how to cancel a preorder and if so can you advise me?

well thats gonna push a fellas d-date back some. i used a large apple balance to pay for most and i want to use that up, so will have to wait for the refund on it.

Apple placed two orders for me and after talking with support this morning they can't do anything about it until this afternoon.

Check on the 24th if they have the 512GB model in-store. Maybe they can do the exchange there, it would be easier and you won't have to wait.
