Since I tried out an insta 360 camera, and downloaded something related to it on my iMac, a ton of stuff gets saved (YouTube downloads, photos, iPhone videos) onto my iMac in some insta360 format by what seems like a default setting.

I realize the stuff filmed on the insta 360 camera has to stay in that format, but is there any easy way to change the (hundreds) files on my iMac that are normally MOV or Quicktime formats back from the insta360 format?

EDIT: I just added photos, so you can see that things that were formerly saved as QT movies or MOV are now Insta360 videos.

I'm hoping someone else went through this and figured out a solution at some point... thanks in advance.
