I recently needed to go back from a nightmarish Monterey to a more usable OS. I was on Mojave before the downgrade to Monterey, and decided I try Catalina.
Everything works fine, however there is this annoying "second drive" "update. It has nearly the same size than the actual drive. I can unmount it or delete it, just to have it back after the next shutdown.
Any idea what this is and how I can permanently get rid of it??
After my experience with Monterey I will not update until this machine packs up.
Any help welcome!
