iPhone 5 or earlier How to downgrade from iPhone5 10.3.3 to iOs 6? Thanks.

There is no officially supported way to downgrade the iPhone 5.
Apple is only signing 10.3.3, and no other software versions. That means that the only software you can install to the iPhone through iTunes is 10.3.3.
If Apple has stopped signing an iOS version, then there's no way to go back to that older iOS version. It wouldn't be considered illegal, per se, just not possible (without modifying the hardware, such as replacing the logic board with one that has the iOS firmware installed. So, you would need some luck to find that...)
One way to get that older iOS version: Find an older iPhone (an iPhone 5) that has not been upgraded from iOS 6

There is no way to do this, legal or otherwise.

There have been times when Apple has (seemingly randomly, I believe) signed older versions of iOS. You could keep an eye on https://ipsw.me for this.
Jailbreaking can allow this. Although if you don't know what an SHSH blob is then it's unlikely you have what you may need.
I've heard that there is a downgrade for the 5 out there but have not looked closely at it. Involves jailbreaking though.

Apple prevents downgrading by requiring that all iOS firmware be digitally signed. iTunes checks with Apple that the firmware you want to downgrade to is signed. If it's not, then it will not proceed and you get an error.
Sometimes there is a glitch in the Apple matrix and older versions of firmware randomly get resigned. This allows someone who is paying attention to downgrade.
It's happened more than once, but Apple has always caught the glitch and fixed it. The suggestion is that you are watching this link in the hopes that another glitch occurs.
If you decide to do that be aware that it's going to be like watching for that thing in the corner of your eye to appear. You'll probably spend an eternity and never catch it.
