iPhone How To Download Picture / Video?

Received a Text Message from my Son in it he sent a Picture / Video.. I'm connected to WiFi..I clicked on the Download Bar bottom of the message and the downloading bar just rolls & rolls , nothing more No Picture & No Video...Any Ideas Why....?? Cheers. Thanks

Have you tried restarting the phone and trying to download it? Maybe a reboot is what it needs.

OP is new, and he has a Samsung Galaxy phone, not a iPhone. Posted this on another thread he made asking for assistance for his Galaxy, and advised him to go to the Galaxy forums
