I desperately need to cleanup my iPhone contacts once and for all, but every method I have tried ends up being a time consuming hassle.

Ideally, I would to merge my iPhone contacts with my Google contacts, and sync that way so I only have one list of contacts to manage. But fields from my iPhone contacts don't translate to Google, and the same for Google contacts to iPhone. So I waste time fixing those, on top of always somehow ending up with duplicates.

So what I am wondering is if there's a way to export my contacts (iPhone & Google) into spreadsheets, manually merge them into one compiled list of contacts, then import into either iPhone or Google and sync. If all that makes sense lol

Any ideas how of if I can do this somehow?

Thank you in advance to anyone who replies!
