How to export Mac Outlook emails including folder structure to another mail account

Hi all



I need to export all my emails (including folder structure) from Microsoft Outlook for Mac Version 16.70 (Microsoft 365 Subscription) to another mail account. Doesn't matter which as long as i can access all emails from inbox/sent/deleted/drafts, including the folder structure which i have created.



OI've seen various methods mentioned online but i'm still not sure what i need to do.
