I am a Bangldeshi developer. I have just finished my first game which is compatible for iOS and android devices. I NEED GAME PUBLISHER to publish my game. Other than Chillingo and Miniclip I don't know any publisher. I tried to contact with them but still do not get any reply. Please suggest me some developers to whom I should contact. Your suggestion will help me a lot. Thank you in advance.

Honestly it is usually the other way around. You publish the game as an independent on iOS and Android store. Then, if things go well, and it becomes popular the big name publishers will contact you and want the rights to publish your next game. Then they will give you money to develop it.
At this point, why do you need a publisher if it is all done? Just publish it to the App store yourself.
