Sometime in Mail or Safari I need to check a word spelling or to look for a translation or for the Thesaurus and I don't care about anything else, stocks, Wikipedia etc
Is there a way to block anything else?

I believe I just found the answer myself: in Spotlight uncheck the radio button
"Allow Spotlight Suggestions in Look Up"
