How to get leveled horizon filming with iPhone?

Hi.
I've had lots of different cameras, but the iPhone with the stabilization mode is you terrific! The only thing I have trouble with, is getting the horizon leveled.

Is there any app that makes this possible that still makes it possible to use the stabilization mode built in to the iPhone?

Go iPhone Settings>Camera and you can turn the Grid on, which puts grid lines on the screen. Does that help?

I already use that, but I hoped there was a function, maybe an app, that automatically leveled the horizon like the GoPro.
I guess you'll need a gimbal though...
