General How to import bookmarks from Chrome?

So the guides I've seen all say to launch Safari on MacOS to import the bookmarks but I don't have a mac so I can't install Safari.

so how else can I import my current Chrome bookmarks into Safari?

ICloud control panel for Windows might have a bookmark sync option. Alternatively you can install osx in a virtual machine to do a 1 time import
