How to import preexisting audio files into handwritten note

Hi,
GoodNotes & Notability are my go-to apps and I use them for different type of documentation.

Notability allows audio recording and it links the recorded file with the handwritten notes.
In my case though, I have a series of preexisting audio lectures that I need to listen/study from and Notability doesnt seem to let me upload audio files, it only lets me record audio.

Is there an app where I can upload an audio file to then listen to it while taking notes and linking the uploaded audio to the handwritten notes?
