How do I find cool tweaks and install them? I googled how to block ads, and I get stuff like Youtopia (or Utopia?) and it takes me to some file, that is a dropbox link. How do I get that onto my phone? I emailed it to myself in gmail, and downloaded it on my phone and press it but nothing happens. I also searched for it in cydia in the saerch and nothing comes up.
