iPhone 7 leather cases are nice but too slippery. Will leather conditioner make these grippier? Any recommendations?

It's hard to say, being how many variations of leather are on the market. It couldn't hurt the leather, if the conditioner is intended for it. Over time, the oils from your hands should help resolve this as well.

drag a razor blade across the sides and instant grip!

I would think that conditioner would make it more slippery, not less.

I have not had any issues with my true leather case... I did have that issue with the Apple "leather" case. Seems suspiciously pleathery to me :)
