Resolved How to Move a Window Offscreen

I stupidly set a steam application (Slay the Spire) to a resolution higher than the resolution than the macbook air, so the selectable option to resize the screen is off screen (below), I would need to move the window 'up' and off screen to access the controls near the bottom of the window.

does anyone know how to move it?

the three dots that normally let you full screen a window are not there since it's a fixed resolution in 'windowed' mode, and the taskbar option is not there.

Figured it out, had to fish for the display config file in the library directory, then manually change it in a text editor, really dumb.
