How to see the size of NAS sharepoint folders or files?

On my network MyCloud drive I have a bunch of share files many with nothing in them.

I am trying to clean up the drive, not easy, and one must be careful else you could destroy files.

Is there a way to do this? Is there a way to actually see the size of the sharepoint folder easily without having to check each one on the network drive.

Mac OS X 10.11
