I use Apple Watch activity and heart health data a lot, but find myself transferring the data to Numbers spreadsheets manually. I'm not interested in the huge detailed data files, but the great summary data that appears on your iPhone in one or two pages. For example, one of the great measurements from the Watch 4 is VO2 max. One of my objectives is to find out what part of my workouts affects VO2 max in the long run.

I understand that there are stopwatch apps that allow this kind of transfer to spreadsheets. I hope to try one of these, which would solve half my manual data transfer work.

Wouldn't it be fairly straightforward for Apple software to automate this kind of transfer off an iPhone?
