macOS How to trigger an automator action?

I've made an automator workflow for working with two iTunes libraries.

Is there a way to trigger the workflow or automator app to run on a fast user switch? I want it to run for the user which has just been activated. This way, two iTunes libraries can be synced each time the user switches.
