How To Uninstall MenuMeters 2019 Version?

version is: MenuMeters for OS X El Capitan 10.11 (and later)
running Mojave

I have tried everything but none of the articles I've found are updated for this version.
So at the moment, I'm stuck using an app that I don't want to use.
Any help will be tremendously appreciated!
