How to unplug usb c battery

I have a weird problem with my new macbook pro 15 2018, i am not able to unplug the usb c cable, magsafe was a lot easier, would be very happy for a help.

From the white area? I am confused when i pull to hard that the cable or usb c port will defect. Do you i need to halt the laptop with my other hand?

It should be no harder than any other peripheral you've ever plugged in, grab it by the connector, not the wire, and pull it out. You maybe have to steady the laptop, or not, guess it depends on how grippy the surface is.
