I am absolutely not a technical person I have a IMac 2013 Late version OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 - Do I need to upgrade? If so to what? and of course last but not least HOW?????

How to upgrade OS X YOSEMITE 10.10.5 ?

10.10.5 was the latest issue of Yosemite. There was no newer one afterwards when 10.11 El Capitan appeared.
Therefore no need to look for any Yosemite update. You have the latest one.
