Heaven or Hell
Just a quick question about Wiping my iPhone
before selling it.....

i have an 8GB Jailbroken and unlocked iPhone,
with AT&T contract.

Should i remove the SIM card before wiping it clean
or just wipe it clean with the SIM card in.....?

THANKS for any advice

I recommend making use of the included suede cloth. It removes fingerprints perfectly and is easy wipe.

EDIT: Keep the SIM card in when wiping, unless there is dirt caught inside, then you might want to take that out too.

Sorry to thread jack, but is the suede cloth washable?
The suede is awesome btw.

I would manually delete all of the info on the phone, setup iTunes to NOT sync, and restore afterwards.

I thought restoring the iphone clears all data?

I just sold my iphone for $190 on craigslist and all I did was restore and remove sim.....is my personal info still on the phone?
