Huawei Matebook 13 or Matebook Pro X refurb?

Which of these 2 would be the better buy?

• Matebook 13, new, for £799
• Matebook X Pro refurb for £780

I assume the Pro is the 2018 model.. but both are i5, 8GB, 256GB SDD...

Is the refurb likely to have poorer battery life? You can extend its warranty from 3 to 12 months for £30 extra...

Pretty much settled on one of these 2 as an MBA replacement, and it seems that Microsoft will continue to support them so just curious as to people's opinions...

I never used the first one but I have the X Pro i5, 8 gb, 256 gb ssd and I am very pleased with it. The screen is very good, battery life excellent.
If you have any specific question just ask.

Thanks, yea the X Pro does look great - my only issue is that site I linked to doesn't mention how old a model that "refurb" is...

I checked the links again.
The matebook 13 seems to have 512gb ssd and dgpu (mx250).
In this case its a much better business than the refurbished X Pro.
What you are giving is mainly battery life. I saw the Matebook 13'' in person and screen is nice.

Yes. It says about battery life that up to 7 hours.
I can tell you that the X Pro can make 10 hours of office use with brightness up to 50% (my use case).
