iPhone I am having trouble getting vids filmed in cinematic mode transferred off my iPhone 13 onto my computer.

I am having trouble getting vids filmed in cinematic mode transferred off my iPhone 13 onto my computer.

Is it because I am not using a apple cable?

If I upload the videos to dropbox or youtube the cinematic mode goes away leaving a regular video recording.

Will it work correctly if I upload to iCloud?

Any ideas how to make it possible to get the videos which I filmed in cinematic mode off my iPhone 13 without using iCloud?
