I have a iPad air 32gb WiFi.
I can not install ipados on iPad on it.
update is ios 12.3.1
I have installed the ipados profile.
How do I get ipados to install then?

There is nothing you can do. You can continue to use your existing iPad Air or purchase a new iPad.

Jailbreaking an iPad does nothing for you. You can not put windows 10 nor iPadOS on your existing device.

Try to buy an iPad Air 2 second hand for like $100-150 or so.

At the point where you're spending $150 for a 5 year old Air 2 it's probably best to stretch to a new base iPad. Best Buy have them for $250 or $230 open box. I know not everyone is in the US but you can probably find a deal most places.
