I can't download Behance app from App Store

Hi All

I try to download free app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/wallpaper-by-behance/id885319628

wallpaper by behance .. its cool app but I got this massage " This app is currently not available in your country or region "

I change all App Store to usa region and using vpn and nothing happened

Please help me if you have dmg file or solution

Same thing in the US, not available.

I was trying to share an app from iPhone (via airdrop), but I got that message. Strangely, I already have downloaded that app before, from the same store, but now it is not available.
My concern is that If I lost the app for any reason, I may not be able to restore its data.

Backing up iPhone to iTunes is not an option with Monterey.

I need to back up the app (and its data) ... Any suggestion
