I found in my dads jacket his original iPod. And I mean the original. But it won’t turn on and I have no idea where to get a charger. My dad passed away almost 7 years ago. And I opened the last small box and a jacket and his old day planner book was in it. And the iPod was in the inside pocket. I am hoping it still works. I would love to see what’s on it. And listen to it. Anyone have any ideas for getting a charger?

The battery is probably toast but if you can find a Firewire 400 cable/brick it should power on if not broken.

You can also use a FireWire 400 cable to connect it to a Mac that has a FireWire port. Good find, I hope you can get it to work!
