I like Dark Mode except when using the Mail and Safari apps the fonts and symbols in the dark top and bottom margins are a dark blue against the black background. This makes it extremely difficult to see them.

Is there a way to change their color?

Agreed. In Mail it's tough to differentiate one email from the next. Hopefully they tweak it in a future beta. I don't think there's a way to change the color of the lines

The worst is mail in dark mode when i receive a mail with PDF's, the main body of the email displays said PDFs as white but they're mostly masked behind the the translucent background of the dark theme, so all you can see is this faint grey PDF in the background of the mail. Barely able to read.
