I lost my Cellular network while using GPS together with wireless charging in the car

Hi all,
I have a problem with my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I used my iPhone 11 Pro Max as a navigator and placed it on my wireless charging PAD, it lost Cellular signal then GPS is stop working after awhile. iPhone was quite hot. So I did

1. turned off and on Cellular network
2. turned off and on GPS
3. restart the iPhone

It was not working. I needed to shut it down and wait a bit for iPhone to cool down then restart it.
I tried IOS 13.1.2 13.2 beta 1 and 13.2 beta 2. I got the same issue. I contact Apple Support in Thailand. They still have no idea how to fix this and the iPhone is still not available in Thailand, They have no information at all. Any idea???
