I lost my MacBook recovery CD...PLEASE HELP!

Ok, I am a total Mac Noob.

I got a macbook... (details deleted)

I lost the cd's...and I need to restore my system because the previous owner deleted lots of the oem software apps.

I tried to order them from apple but I am getting the run around.

Will burned copies work, and if so, anyone want to sell me a copy?

Please help!
