I receive a blocked traffic message

Hi all

Everytime i try to access a website, (safari or chrome) i receive a blocked traffic message on any browser, using 3g or wifi connection, but using wifi with my pc i can access the website without any problems, i'm guessing is something with my phone settings perhaps.

I've entered the safari settings turned off the fraudulent websites function, cleared cache and cookies and restarted my phone, but it keeps poping that message. Is there anything i can do?
