I think in error I deleted everything including Macintosh HD / Unable to restore from Time Machine back up or unable to Reinstall Mac OS X , I hope someone can help, please 🙏
I am not a comp literate person but I managed to open terminal and run cs list

Turn off the computer then turn it back on and hold CMD + R to start the computer into the Recovery Environment
Once you are in the Recovery Environment, open Disk Utilities and then format the hard drive as either APFS or HFS+
Then, close Disk Utilities, and then reinstall macOS.
This should fix your problem.
