I think my personal macbook pro 2020 battery is defective when compare to my work macbook pro 2020

I have to use two Macbook Pro 2020 13" for my personal project and for my work. My work macbook pro batter seems fine. You can see full charge capacity is still 100% (sometimes 99.7%) even at 35 cycle counts.

But my personal use Macbook Pro 2020 13" battery keep draining a lot within a month I bought it.

Both laptops were bought in the same week. I tried disable "Battery Health Performance" but it doesn't work. My work laptop is also enabled "Battery Health Management".

What I want to know is does my personal use Macbook Pro battery really defective? If so, I have to go to the shop I bought with warranty since I don't have Apple Store in my country. Any suggestions?

The full charge capacity varies up and down over time. Also, I would leave Battery Health Management (I assume that is what you meant) enabled. Its job is to maximize battery life, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211094
