I Was trying to reset this mac and went to Command.r and went to the utility disk where I may have accidentally deleted something I shouldn’t have, which I assume is Macintosh hd, I am completely lost in what to do now, in an attempt to find a solution I tried to download disk drill on the Mac but the internet just won’t let me continue further, I don’t even know if it would help me. (Also there is no help to get from the Time machine. not that i expected a time machine to work, this isn't "Back to the future" after all)

It would help to specify exactly which iMac you have. In general what you need to do is disconnect any external drives then use internet recovery to load MacOS onto the drive. Once that is done you can plug in the time Machine backup drive and restore from it.

There’s nothing wrong with having deleted the volume Macintosh HD.

In the recovery menu go back into Disk Utility, make sure the view is set to show all devices, not just volumes, select the root disk, erase it and either format a new partition with HFS+ or an APFS container depending on OS and install macOS to that
