iBooks update

Well, I am very happy for the announced updates to iBooks with the Bookmark (proper) and the ability to make notes. I guess I am most happy with the unannounced change for you to be able to change the background color from white to Sepia (apple website)

This is a standard feature of the iPhone OS (now iOS) since 2.0.

Check General > Accessibility in the Settings.

I just triple-click the home button to invoke white-on-black and revert to normal colors.

PDF support! Yes!

I hope we'll be able to mark some PDF ebooks as iBooks so they appear with the rest of the iBooks and not the separate PDF page.

This will be in iBooks 1.1 that'll probably be released at same time with iTunes 9.2 by June 21st.
