iCal is not syncing

Hello!

I have iOS 11.3 and MacOs 10.13. Whenever I make a new calendar event on my Mac with an iCloud calendar, it does not sync to my iPhone/iPad. But when I made a new calendar event on my iOS devices, it does sync to my Mac. For some really Mac->iOS does not sync, while iOS->Mac does sync. Everything is set to push so I have no idea why this is happening.

Any help would be appreciated.
