In an iCloud backup what exactly does get backed up from an app? Fx a video app (Instagram Videostar and so on) Will the videos you make from Apps like that get on iCloud?

If they are saved on your device, like in the camera roll, they would get backed up. The apps like Instagram don't really locally save the videos within themselves.
