I have this weird issue on my home network- none of my iOS devices will backup properly. I get a "The last backup could not be completed because of poor network conditions."

I can backup on another network (but obviously would prefer to do from home).

What I've done:

- Soft router reset
- Renewed DHCP
- Changed DNS
- Hard reset of modem
- Repositioned antennae
- Reset Network settings on iOS devices

According to Speedtest I get decent upload speeds (10-20 Mbps).

Any idea what could be going on?

Could be your ISP is screwing with packets headed Apple’s way.
