Just yesterday I did a reset on my iPhone because I found that my battery wasn't performing properly. And I noticed that my old iPhone backup has become a un-deleteable 600.6MB under backups.

As you can see from the picture it doesn't allow me to delete it, I went into my macbook to view and the same nothing. I've contacted apple 20 hours ago and they said it will be removed but it has not. This is very unlike of Apple to have such slow service, anyone having the same issue?

I have done everything, restoring my iPhone, signing in and out, set up my iPhone as new. This is frustrating.
