I'm a little confused. When you say you "check my icloud", are you uploading all of your photos and videos uploaded to iCloud Photos for the first time? Is 50GB enough storage for that many photos and videos? Uploading such a large number of files to iCloud Photos can take a long time, days even.
Then you're also trying to restore your phone? I hate to state the obvious, but you can't restore your phone while you're uploading such a large library of photos from the same device. Are you uploading from a different device maybe?
If you could provide more detail about what you're doing, it would be helpful. Without knowing more, I'd suggest waiting until your photos upload is complete.
