General iCloud Drive App Update

Does anyone foresee Apple updating the iCloud Drive app for iOS? You know, making it more friendly and functional like any other cloud storage app where a user could swipe through pictures/items in full screen rather than backing out from a full screen photo only to select another one. Also making it easier to add/edit folders?

I personally think Apple's app is far behind any other competing storage app regarding basic usability with uploading, swiping, editing.

Something like this?

The files app has one major improvement: you can swipe sideways from a preview of a file to see previews of other files, without having to close the preview first.
