so i had to reset my iphone last night and set it up as fresh (didnt have any backup....), and i enabled message syncing under icloud setting just like what i did on my other devices. however it stuck at 'downloading message from icloud' and never actually downloaded 1 single message.
ok then i thought i just delete my messages in the icloud and strat fresh, but no luck. when i try to delete under 'manage storage', it just say 'unable to update icloud settings at this time'.
i tried to delete it from my working ipad and macbook, same.
i then restored the iphone and ipad and started fresh, no luck
i even went as far as deleteing every single devices tied to my apple id (in appleid.com), and re-sign-in and now all of them are stuck at 'downloading'.
anyone have experienced the same issur or know a fix?
