Hey so after I updated to MacOS Ventura 13.1, my iCloud/Apple ID profile picture did not sync properly and instead appeared as a stock macOS icon. The user account photo did appear with the iCloud/Apple ID picture until after a restart. Signing out and back in did not fix the issue but editing the photos did allow it to update and had fixed this syncing issue. Is this likely caused by a corrupt user profile or is it a bug with Ventura/iCloud?
