i activated iCloud Photo Library on my iPhone and iPad. I have it set to optimize storage on my iPhone but I have "download and keep originals" on my iPad. However, when my iPad isn't storing the originals on the device (I can tell because when I go to a video, it starts downloading it from the cloud).
Anyone else have this issue? Also, I checked the settings and it says it's finished downloading everything (it's been this way for the past 3 days).
