All Devices iCloud: turning off photos and passwords?

I just set up a 1st iPad Pro to use to control my pool, music, lights in house, etc.

It is using my iCloud account, though I do not want anyone using the iPad to have access to any of my stuff so I turned off messages, photos, etc.

1. There are still some photos showing on the iPad even though I turned off iCloud photos and photo stream and photos is also off on the iCloud settings.
2. Passwords are showing under passwords and accounts. Where is the option to turn that off?
