If you don't like the layout on the site that your company already pays for, hire a web designer that knows what they are doing.
You should have many choices in India. Go for it!

You could probably find something similar to that as a handwriting font.
However, I expect that your example is not from a font, per se, (look at the huge drop on that "y"
) but is a logo graphic for that radio channel (your linked video shows that logo with animations during the video. You would have to figure out how to do that, eh?)
