Identifying memory installed in Mac Pros & XServes.

I have a number of mac's that i administrate remotely.

Occasionally i have to send instructions to a local engineer to update/replace memory in these boxes and would like to be able to identify modules in these hosts.

Is there a commandline tool i can call ie. something similar to a command line version of System Info. I only have SSH access to these boxes.
