General iDevice Security Compromised Help!

Whenever I connect to programs such as ifunbox, diskaid, iphonebrowser etc it allows me to access photos and appdata , recordings and more even when I have passcode on. Is there a way to stop this and block access. I do not have afc2add for root access installed so I don't think that is a problem, anyway I doubt its jailbreak related.

You have access to all of that because you told iOS to trust that computer. By default with a passcode on, it does not allow access to any of that until you tell it to trust that computer.
